Pembrokeshire is famous for its beaches and the St David’s peninsula has its fair share. Caerfai pictured below is a fine example and only a 20 minute walk (about one mile) away. It’s a lovely beach, and dog friendly all year round.
The picturesque village and harbour at Solva is a great place to start or end a walk, having lots of places to eat and drink and some interesting shops.
Porthclais is a lovely and picturesque little harbour less than a mile and a half away. There’s a car park, loos and in summer a tea spot selling tea and cakes.
